InfoTec Communications (InfoTec) is committed to supporting and implementing the National Privacy Principals and its policy is designed to ensure that your privacy is protected when you deal with InfoTec.

When you use the website, mobile or phone mediums, or other such information mediums used by InfoTec or where you provide your contact details to InfoTec, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the privacy policy. That policy ensures that the collection of information does not unreasonably intrude on your personal affairs. The policy also ensures that what is kept, is an accurate record, and that InfoTec will only use the information for the purpose for which it was obtained.

The information is collected for the purposes of providing its services and it will only be passed on to a third party, namely our product or service provider Client whose product or service you are utilising, for the purposes of facilitating their communication with you to enable you to access the detail that you need.

The security of your credit card details is a high priority. InfoTec uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to ensure your credit card details are secure and protected during transmission. An SSL-secure web page is identified by an unbroken lock or key appearing in the browser window.

InfoTec may be required, in good faith, to disclose your personal information to third parties when required by law. From time to time the InfoTec website may have links with other websites which may have different privacy policies and InfoTec suggest that you check those websites to ascertain the relevant policy.

InfoTec points out that data transmission using the internet can not be 100% guaranteed to be totally secure at the moment, but InfoTec will continually review and update our security measures as new technology emerges.

Information collected is securely stored on InfoTec’s databases. The Information Manager of InfoTec will be responsible for security and confidentiality. Likewise if you require access to any personal information that InfoTec holds about you, or wish to remove yourself from the InfoTec database contact the Privacy Officer, who of course must be satisfied about your identity before any information is disclosed.
